This turned out better than I was expecting! Especially because I just threw it all in a bowl and hoped for the best. So, upgrade your breakfast game with this delicious Chia Matcha PuddingšŸŒæšŸ’š

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes COOK TIME: 0 Minutes TOTAL TIME: 5 Minutes (+ chill time)


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice šŸ„›

  • 1 tsp quality matcha šŸµ

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌰

  • 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup šŸ

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds 🌱

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, matcha, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.

  2. Gently mix in the chia seeds, making sure they're fully immersed.

  3. Pop it in the fridge – ideally overnight or at least 6 hours.
