This quick smoothie is so easy and tastes delicious for a quick, healthy snack. It works as an easy breakfast or a frozen pick-me-up anytime of day!

PREP TIME 5 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 5 Minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp matcha

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup

  • (optional) Scoop of plain greek yogurt for thickening

Directions:

  1. Toss all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor.

  2. Whirl it up until smooth.

  3. Pour it into your fav glass, and enjoy!
