This quick smoothie is so easy and tastes delicious for a quick, healthy snack. It works as an easy breakfast or a frozen pick-me-up anytime of day!

PREP TIME 5 Minutes
TOTAL TIME: 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 tsp matcha
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
(optional) Scoop of plain greek yogurt for thickening
Directions:
Toss all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor.
Whirl it up until smooth.
Pour it into your fav glass, and enjoy!
